Delivery rate valid with tail lift truck from Gard or Dordogne.

Delivery rate valid with tail lift truck or crane truck for the departments of Gard (30) and Hérault (34)


We deliver natural stones on pallets or in crates of up to 1200kg at the foot of the truck and subject to accessibility and authorization.

  • Full pallet, maxi format 120 x 100 x height 80cm
  • Maximum weight per pallet 1200kg

  • Delivery outside mainland France: Price on request

 

TAILGATE TRUCK:

We also have the possibility of delivering with "courier" carriers, often 19 Tons (pallets or crates must be less than 1200kg because of the tail lift), then the driver can approach the goods with a pallet truck if possible).

Delivery to the foot of the truck by 19-tonne carrier with tail lift and pallet truck on a smooth surface such as tarmac or concrete.

Subject to accessibility and authorization.

ONCE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND THE ORDER IS COMPLETED, A DELIVERY NOTE WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY EMAIL. IT WILL THEN TAKE APPROXIMATELY 3 TO 8 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY.


To ensure the reception takes place in the best possible conditions, it is essential to follow the elements below:

- PLEASE NOTE: FOR TAILGATE TRUCKS, delivery is made to the foot of the truck only on smooth ground such as tarmac or concrete. - IT IS IMPERATIVE TO UNPACK AND CHECK YOUR PRODUCT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER.

- If the packaging shows any anomaly, note it on the delivery slip and inform us by email with photos.

- If you are not the one receiving the delivery, remember to inform those around you of the instructions stated above.

If delivery is not scheduled, collections must be made with vehicles suitable for the weight, number, and dimensions of pallets. We cannot be held responsible for loading or securing.
